Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bidder/Estimator to join on of our top clients. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping them secure new construction projects by providing accurate and competitive estimates and bids. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to understand project requirements.

• Prepare and submit comprehensive, accurate, and competitive bids for construction projects.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure bid and estimate accuracy.

• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to achieve the best possible pricing.

• Maintain a database of project costs, supplier pricing, and historical bid data.

• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client meetings as necessary.

• Continuously monitor and assess market conditions and industry trends to stay competitive.

  Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

• Professional in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
