A long-term temporary to full-time role, this Software Engineer opportunity will be based in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.

Some of the position's primary responsibilities include the following:

Operate closely with the product team to build new features and infrastructure

Develop high-quality production-ready code in an agile environment

Draft and put into practice back end and front end components and services

Improve solutions that account for scalability and optimize performance

Champion top programming practices and standards

Appraise new technologies and generate prototypes for ongoing improvements

Requirements

Some of the requirements of this position include the following:

2+ years of experience with PHP and it's associated frameworks

Experience developing in PHP's Symfony framework

Experience developing in JavaScript and it's associated frameworks

Experience developing in JavaScript's React framework

Experience with PostgreSQL

Experience with API design

Proven knowledge of Ubuntu

General familiarity with GIT

Web application frameworks experience

Solid grasp of relational database management systems
