Actalent Medical Assistant - Telehealth Enrollments in Las Vegas, Nevada

Actalent is currently hiring qualified Medical Assistants in Las Vegas, NV.Description:

Medical Assistants will be working with patients referred by providers offices, you will work from a script to review the benefits of the program with the patients and to explain patient co-pays to participate in the program. The Medical Assistant will answer patient questions about the program and co-pays and complete the enrollment process with the patient over the phone if the patient chooses to enroll in the program. The Medical Asisstant will be working in an office setting (not a provider’s office) and the work will be completed using a telephone and documenting information using a computer.

Experience Level:

The most qualified medical assistant will have one (1)+ years of medical assistant experience interfacing with patients in person or over the phone, strongly qualified candidates with less experience will also be considered. Completion of a formal training program as a medical assistant is required.

Schedule:

This is a Monday through Friday day shift position from 8am to 5pm. This is a business office setting working with patients via teleph
