Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for taking inbound calls regarding existing clients to assist them in servicing their mortgages. Reps will be assisting home owners in making payments, updating account information. They will also be required to understand how to upsell and provide additional information on refinancing, purchasing a new home, and home insurance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-2+ years of call center/customer service experience (call center or customer facing/retail work)
-Previous experience with sales or up-selling a product (this could be in a personal or professional manner)
-Someone who tenure in their past jobs (not looking for someone that has a job every year)
-Experience taking inbound calls from customers
-Someone who has a strong attention to detail
-Someone who has good communication skills written and verbal
-Someone who has the ability to problem solve and handle a one call resolution
NICE TO HAVE:
-Inbound call center experience preferred
-Sales experience handling upsells or phone calls (refinancing, purchasing, insurance, etc. )
-Experience utilizing Microsoft office/google suite is preferred
