Lockheed Martin Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer in Las Vegas, Nevada

Description: Candidate will directly support day-to-day operations of various enterprise Advanced Development Programs located at an offsite government location (Nevada - Nellis Range Area).

Candidate selected will provide complete security guidance to key members of the ADP leadership team for the programs being supported.

Individual selected will require strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.

Candidate must also be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and have the ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations.

Ensures personnel processed for access to the program meet the prerequisite personnel clearance and/or investigative requirements specified.

Conducts security education classes, investigates security violations and prepares written reports specifying the outcome of the incident and preventive action to be taken.

Ensures courier procedures are prepared and followed. Reviews and updates Fixed Facility Checklists for Special Access program Facilities (SAPFs) and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs); inspects proposed SAPF/SCIF areas.

MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience evaluating Program Security Guides and Government Directives to include at least one of the following: NISPOM, ICD, DoD SAP Manuals, and JSIG directives.

Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Skills:

Team oriented with the ability to work independently to ensure compliance with LM Aeronautics, customer and government requirements.
