Our Sales Operations team is searching for a Sales Content Director to manage the capability roadmap, integration, user experience, and operations of our sales content capabililty leveraging Seismic (an ISV partner of Microsoft) in the Microsoft Sales Experience (MSX D365) and beyond. This capability provides content to our sellers to understand their role and our go-to-market strategy, identify customer ready content, and effectively use that content within the sales execution process. This person will work closely with stakeholders across Microsoft sales and marketing teams, our IT organization and Seismic to optimize Seismic as a core sales enablement capability within our sales platform and process.

  • Collect and document business requirements for Seismic integration with the Microsoft Sales Experience (MSX D365) for Microsoft commercial sales.

  • Own execution of the Seismic Roadmap in partnership with key business partners in the WW Commercial Business, Marketing, IT, and Seismic team

  • Measure platform efficacy and provide go forward recommendations for continually increasing the impact on targeted success criteria

  • Identify scenarios, programs and capabilities to realize business impact leverage Seismic as a key sales enablement capability

  • Maintain Seismic experience to keep capability working efficiently and effectively for the sales teams

  • Engage with the sales ops team and Seismic PM on day to day operations of the platform and process (provisioning, content uploads, field updates)

  • Partner with Sales Enablement and landing teams to land new capabilities, capture feedback to promote adoption and usage of Seismic capabilities (MSX D365) Business requirements and roadmap

  • Partner with marketing teams to support onboarding and refreshing content as part of content governance process across marketing and sales, influencing governance based on seller needs and feedback

  • Demo platform experience and showcase values to a variety of stakeholders, including executives, to provide visibility and prioritize the investment of platform enhancement based on business priorities

  • Collaborate with other sales capability owners to optimize Seismic integration across the seller experiences

  • Successfully Manage multiple projects, stakeholder relationships and the vendor relationship with Seismic


This person will have world class project management skills, enjoy working on large complex projects, and have experience in sales or marketing operations (preferably both). You must be highly organized and detail-focused, have effective communication and presentation skills, as well as cross group collaboration experience.


  • 5+ years of program/project management, sales, marketing, sales excellence, sales enablement, or operations

  • Experience in sales or marketing operations preferred (e.g. Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Training, CRM, Sales Portals)

  • Excellent communication and partnering skills

  • Excel and PowerPoint skills are preferred

  • BI tools knowledge is a plus (ADO)

  • Maturity to effectively manage priorities under time pressure

  • Strong business strategy, decision-making, program management and project-management skills

  • Strong storytelling and demo skills, previous experience preferred

  • Ability to lead envisioning process to capture business requirements and map requirements to solution use cases

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales enablement needs is a plus

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter who can work autonomously and across teams
