performing all team assignments
maintaining housekeeping
calculating and adjusting sauce and ingredients usage as needed for production line
monitoring and transferring mix into flavor tanks using computerized plant operating system
flavoring mix (according to recipe), recording mix and flavoring usages on flavor reports for each line
performing sensory evaluations on finished product to ensure quality
adjusting schedule to maintain efficiency of production
assisting filler operators with monitoring the production line for problems
performing preventative maintenance on equipment
assisting department as needed with breaks and lunches
interacting with staff, associates and regulatory personnel
other duties as assigned.

Other Compensation Information:
Weekend differential: A $2.00 per hour weekend differential is paid to associates for hours worked between 12:00 am Saturday through 11:59 pm Sunday.
Year End Bonus:
To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
