Aston Carter Time & Expense Analyst in Lake Forest, Illinois

Description:

In charge of entire companies Expense Reports

2000 Monthly Reports

Must have confidentiality seeing home addresses and credit cards

Must be very dependable

High customer service, employees will reach out with questions on pin number/technical difficulties

Must be flexible/ be able to switch gears when needed

Auditing Expense reports

Monitoring Report for Guidelines

Managers are approving expense reports but things are often missed

Detect, a function within concur has the policy loaded and will send them notifications on when to audit reports

Skills:

Concur, T&E, audit, expense reimbursement, reporting, ad hoc reporting, SAP, accounts payable

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must 2-3 years of T&E/ Concur Experience

High level of customer service with internal employees

attention to detail

auditing reports

Pulling reports

PLUS

SAP experience

industry experience

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
