Schedule Weekly Hours:36 Are you a skilled and experienced lab technician looking to take the next step in your career? Gundersen Health Systemis seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technologist, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist to be a Technical Lab Leader within our Urines/Body Fluids and Fertility Lab. What You\'ll Do: You will utilize your knowledge and experience to oversee and lead day-to-day operations of our Urines/Body Fluids and Fertility Laboratory, including sample collection, testing, analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with laboratory protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements. You will provide guidance and support to the lab technicians to maintain high-quality standards as well as skills rosters and competency testing of staff. You will be responsible for maintaining all regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility including quality control and assurance documentation, reporting, review and implementation of SOPs, and implementation of corrective actions as necessary. Other duties as assigned. What\'s Available: Fulltime - 72 hours biweekly (0.9 FTE) Monday through Friday day shift, start times between 5a to 9a Occasional weekend and holiday if needed for staffing Starting pay of \$28.20 and up, based on experience What You\'ll Need: Bachelor\'s degree in Medical Lab Technology or higher is required Minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, ideally with a focus on urinalysis and fertility assessments Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and methodologies used in urinalysis and fertility testing Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with quality control standards, regulatory guidelines, and safety protocols.
