Responsibilities for TA Coordinator (Interview Scheduler)

  • Arrangement of interview schedules for the hiring managers across JAPAC Regions

  • Collaborating with hiring managers on interview appointments, send invitations add, cancel or make changes to the interview appointments when necessary

  • Preparation of interview summary reports

Qualifications

  • A college degree in the organization's industry, administration or a related field is beneficial

  • At least 5 years of worked experienced in administrative functions.

  • Good command of English (Written and Spoken)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to fulfill the company's standards when performing scheduling tasks

  • Attention to details
