Position Objective

This is a role focused on providing the design & delivery of Trojan Technologies & Salsnes Equipment in the Municipal Water & Wastewater market according to Customer needs including the provision of accurate costing to SALES pre quotation, control of manufacture, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, documentation stages Projects through “Order fulfillment” within UK & Europe.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Acts as the point of contact re technical queries with customers during the design phase– assists in preparation of specifications for customers.

  • Provides the project costing to the sales department for any non-standard / third party requirements.

  • Use relevant sales quoting tools (OASIS) for pricing & project reporting.

  • May represent Trojan in presentations to customers.

  • Technical Support for both customers and Trojan Sales Team within UK & Europe

  • Assists in serving as liaison between customers and other functional areas within Trojan throughout the design and implementation phases – ensures that technical matters are, from a customer perspective, seamlessly handled – ensures that the Sales Manager is kept apprised of any potentially adverse relationship issues

  • Manages the project delivery from PO receipt to Project handover / completion ensuring key milestones are met and Trojan is protected from commercial / contractual exposure.

  • Preparation of documentation, specifications, and RAMS as needed.

  • Assists in the development, maintenance and monitoring of metrics.

  • Identifies, analyses, actions and reports project gaps on an ongoing basis

  • Responsible for the timely provision of POST PO project status updates

    Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Project Management required.

  • Experience in UK Water industry with a working knowledge of WIMES & NEC contracts preferred.

  • Knowledge of UV Disinfection would be an advantage.

  • Ability to speak another European language also an advantage.

  • Ability to travel both domestically & internationally to Europe & Canada is essential.
