This role entails handling a large volume of inbound phone calls to assist our consumers with product orders, as well as provide support via emails, texts, and Live Chats with consumers. Maintain a consistent work schedule of 40 hours per week. A team-friendly work environment, casual work attire, and dept. themed parties throughout the year. Advancement opportunities within the team or inside Jockey for top performers. Job Duties: Answer calls and assist in placing customer orders. Respond to consumer issues (i.e., product returns, exchanges, complaints, etc.). Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions. Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability. Enter relevant information into a CRM system after each contact to ensure quality data to enable customer retention. Problem-solve consumer inquiries through a first-call resolution approach. Attend training sessions to continuously improve product and procedure knowledge. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma; some college or advanced degree preferred. Passionate about helping others, along with one years of Customer Service/Call Center/Retail experience. Ability to work 40 hours per week. This includes four weekday shifts (from 11:30 AM-8:00 PM) and one weekend shift (from 9:00 AM-5:30 PM). * Weekend shift premium paid!
