Performs a lead role on the team while working alongside the show site staff. Plays a lead role on exhibits. Spends more than 50% of the time performing the same work as the team they are leading.


  • Review exhibit project files prior to event for all assigned exhibits

  • Ensure supervisor packets/files are complete including all prints and utility requirements

  • Reviews all on-site equipment, special needs and tools required

  • Hold labor accountable for all necessary tools required when they arrive at the booth including ladders, etc.

  • Required to interact with the client if applicable

  • Obtain any change information pertaining to set up

  • Check to see that booth space is marked correctly, and orientation to the show floor is correct

  • Check utility layout prior to setting structure, including truss, lighting, hanging sign locations, etc.

  • Inventory all exhibit properties to be sure all have been delivered

  • Identify the clients priorities with Supervisor to ensure client satisfaction

  • Work with client on daily completion goals and communicate with labor to ensure they know

  • Responsible for productivity of labor working in the space, monitoring break and lunch allotted times

  • Record accurate names, times, materials, etc. on all labor tickets and acquire client signatures where required

  • Provide coordinator at service desk with billable materials list if in addition to labor ticket items

  • Verify all crates/containers are empty prior to applying empty stickers

  • Develop a dismantle plan, verify any split outbound shipment requirements

  • Verify return of empty crates/containers and strip old shipping labels to prepare for outbound shipping

  • Verify materials counts on all outbound shipping documents

  • Report all damages, & injuries to supervisor immediately

  • Promote excellent customer service & thank the customer.

  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • GED required

  • High school diploma preferred

  • 2 years of industry experience preferred
