Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in JACKSONVILLE, Florida

Qualifications to Apply:

  • 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant/accounts receivable/credit associate/admin support work

  • Basic experience within Microsoft Excel

  • Accounts receivable experience is a plus

  • Invoicing experience is a plus

Job Description:

  • The Admin with be responsible for evaluating customers in terms of credit and payment history.

  • Perform basic data entry into systems from where it then will be evaluated by the Credit Manager.

  • This person will be reading credit applications, sending out references to potential creditors, keying information into the system, working on excel spreadsheets, and basically assisting all facets of the credit team.
