Oracle Partner Sales Account Manager in ISTANBUL, Turkey

Job Description

  • Drive the tech license, cloud, and cloud systems portfolio of Focus partners to accelerate growth.

  • Develop and execute the strategy with a portfolio of Oracle's Focus partners for the Turkish market.

  • Develop existing Oracle partners: engage with C-level executives, craft joint business and marketing plans, establish relationships and trust, evangelize new Oracle technologies, discover new areas of opportunity for Oracle and its partners, and educate partners on Oracle partner programs.

  • Work with partners to advance opportunities through the sales cycle to closure, implementation, and consumption.

  • Drive Oracle Digital’s indirect strategy and execution with relevant stakeholders.

  • Present Oracle’s go-to-market strategy at C-level meetings with partners for ODP business as well as Cloud.

  • Initiate and lead Oracle knowledge, skills, competencies, and sales readiness training events for partners.

  • Achieve indirect sales revenue targets and assigned objectives.

Responsibilities

Preferred Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record developing and managing Oracle Partnerships and driving Partner account activity

  • Strong expertise about the trends in the innovative solutions such as IoT, AI, ML, blockchain etc.

  • Be able to create go to market initiatives and assist with marketing and sales programs that drive indirect revenue.

  • Consistently and clearly message the Partner Value Proposition and Strategic Direction of the A&C both internally and externally

  • Develop and gain stakeholder agreement on A&C initiatives and business plan.

  • Have good communication skills to communicate A&C progress, issues, and expectations, taking corrective action when necessary.

  • Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills.

  • Positive approach, team motivation abilities are key

Personal Requirements

  • University degree

  • Fluency in English

  • Proven experience in IT Sales, Business Development, and/or Channel Management

  • Knowledge and experience in Cloud Sales

  • High level of energy, drive, and enthusiasm

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous personal and professional development

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and challenging environment

  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of Oracle’s technology products/solutions is an advantage

  • Team player

  • Ability to build and manage C-level business relationships

  • High-level presentation skills

  • Results-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Experience with multinational vendors is a significant plus
