What you’ll be doing...
As a Process Mining Manager in Business Transformation, focused on driving process maturity and analytics for Verizon Business Group (VBG), you will interact with both functional and senior leaders in VBG, and play an integral role in improving end to end processes using Verizon’s digital quality management tools and best practices. Your primary focus will be around process mining and modeling, as well as, assisting peers in driving the operationalization of end to end process models and associated analytics across VBG’s customer-centric process model: Create, Market, Sell, Deliver, and Service.
Develop and maintain end to end (e2e) process models .
Identify use cases and manage funnels including access requests and / or approvals.
Assist in prioritizing use cases with leadership designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, and improve customer experience.
Source and validate data working with partners for end to end process models.
Provide process model development support to VBG use case process modelers (supplementing professional services when available).
Maintain end user access channel to process mining program management team
Drive best practices and standards across VBG use case process models (process mining community).
Provide senior leadership and functional unit management with updates on project status, key metrics, issues, and risks.
Assist in analyzing various drivers / errors impacting processes and provide insights and fact-based recommendations to stakeholders.
Support others by providing real-time coaching on business transformation and process improvement methodologies and tools.
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
This role can be located in other valid Verizon locations.

You are someone that has excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable in working up and across the organization. You are a strategic thinker whose work results in new ideas that drive the business forward.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with SQL, iGrafx, BI dashboards (eg Tableau, Qlik).
Experience in evaluation, development, and optimization of mission-critical business processes.
Experience with data sourcing and validation.
Experience with business process managementor project management.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree in engineering, business or relevant field.
Master’s degree, MBA or advanced degree.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to conduct research, analyze data, and use tools (eg Microsoft Excel) effectively to develop models and drive analyses;
Excellent communication skills.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma as a Black Belt or higher.
Experience with UiPath process mining and analysis software.
Experience focusing on operational processes and customer experience.
Experience in telecom or related industries.
Experience working in a Tier-1 management consulting organization.
Experience developing and using key performance indicators to drive business performance, specifically around labor and project performance, including budget-to-actual analyses and estimates to complete; including IT system enhancements related to performance metric developments.
Presentation skills, including the ability to create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, and experience presenting to all levels of an organization - including executives.
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and budget.
Leadership skills with proven analytics, process improvement, and problem solving skills.
