Do you want to work in Plastics Machine Maintenance ? Do you enjoy repairing, maintaining, installing, and enhancing machinery and mechanical equipment ? Then read on!

We are currently seeking a Senior Plastics Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for equipment, machinery, electrical, and plumbing systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • All aspects of mechanical machine service and complete operation, which include predictive, preventive, and proactive assessments.

  • Root cause analysis, expediently develop and implement solutions.

  • Conduct equipment condition assessments to determine necessary modifications, systems to enhance production reliability, and specific elements of quality system compliance.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Minimum 4+ years of machinery repair experience in a plastics manufacturing environment.

  • Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrate the ability to develop creative solutions to problems.

  • Strong knowledge of OEM controls, servo operation, programming, machining, robot operation, and troubleshooting of all aspects.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Strong communication, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Medical industry or machinery relocation and installation experience

  • Welding and Fabrication
