Job Description

The position has the role of coordinating the communication activities, internal or external, and to provide support for HR Marketing related activities.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for generating articles for Conti Intern, Romania Newsletter;

  • Be responsible for online and social media;

  • Be responsible for organizing internal company events and initiate new events together with the HR Recruitment team;

  • Be responsible for creating and updating of advertising materials;

  • Be responsible for creating, approving, planning and ordering the promotional materials needed for internal or external events according to budget and needs (posters, flyers, give-always etc.);

  • Be responsible with the internal standard compliance for all marketing materials;

  • Prepare all necessary items for the events: contract, location, transportation, accommodation, recruiting booth, flyers, posters, banners, promotional materials, program agenda;

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for certain activities;

  • Support for University collaboration programs: Summer Practice, Diploma Projects, Diploma Presentation, Scholarship, Master program;

  • Contribute to relevant projects appointed by General Management and HR;

  • Follow the instructions and requirements of management personnel inside the company;

  • Respect Internal Regulations and company's procedures.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in a relevant field (Communication, Marketing, other related Faculties);

  • Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience;

  • Advanced in using MS Office and design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, other);

  • Project management skills;

  • Highly organized and responsible;

  • Good written and spoken communication skills;

  • Capacity of tailoring the message according to the target group;

  • Advanced written and spoken English language;

  • Strong networking skills and teamwork;

  • Proactivity, creativity, positive attitude and flexibility.
