What you get to do in this role:

  • Partner with HQ IT MDM and the BI team to develop a high-quality Data, Analytics delivery, communication and customer engagement model for the delivery of all MDM programs and ongoing data operations

  • Work closely with the team and any services vendors on successful release management

  • Collaborate with architects, transformation team and deliver a successful intake process

  • Establish delivery and communication strategy milestones, ownership and drives successful execution

  • Ensure excellent quality of deliverables and high customer satisfaction

  • Provide rapid response, manage and drive production and delivery issues and risks to resolution and implement preventative action

  • Collaborate closely with other development teams (and managers) across Business Units to help with continuous improvement of the architecture, tools and processes

  • Follow all documented architecture, design & deployment processes to ensure compliance with policies

  • Cross train other team members and convey value delivered on key initiatives to broader organization

  • Communicate status regularly with stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the team within an Agile/Scrum environment

  • Champion of people management aspects – Reviews , Career growth and aspirations

To be successful in this role you have:

In order to be successful in this role we need someone who has:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar

  • 15+ years of experience in managing and delivering business or IT projects

  • 15+ years of relevant work experience (Finance, Sales systems and applications, Data Management and Data analytics)

  • Experience in the full lifecycle of Data, Analytics and MDM solutions.

  • Possess knowledge of internal support systems (e.g., Workday, SFDC, Oracle)

  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence

  • Experience working with large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business outcomes

  • Excellent facilitation skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Experience in managing team (s ) , demonstrating strong people management skills

  • Expertise in working with cross functional teams across different geos

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to drive projects across broader geographically disperse team
