Studio+91 is looking for a Senior Designer to join their Microsoft Edge Design team to reimagine the web browser. We are looking for a User Experience Designer, who knows the difference between Good and Great designs; someone who can work with US Researcher, Product Management and Engineering disciplines while driving design directions from concept to final implementation. A talented designer who is rock solid in design principles, with problem solving skills and potential, big picture focus and leadership qualities. We’re defining various new categories of products, so imaginative design collaboration from the beginning is essential. S/he must have mature design craftsmanship and problem-solving skills. A command of a wide range of tools and methods, and the ability to communicate ideas quickly and interactively are essential. In this role, concepts will be illustrated through sketches, mock-ups, wireframes, and rapid prototypes. A passion for our customers and creating great product experiences is a must!!

Overall 8+ years of experience in creating experience for consumer or enterprise products.
Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Communication Arts, Information Design, or equivalent education or experience.
Portfolio showcasing your proficiency in translating research insights into great product experiences, reflecting the synthesis of good visual and interaction design principles and history of impacting shipping products with your work.
Should be a great storyteller. Comfortable presenting compelling design stories and journeys across various types of audiences and stakeholders.
Passion for design and a strong command of interaction and visual design capabilities.
Proven experience in creatively solving hard problems, driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as engineering, product management, research, and marketing; and shipping relevant experiences within deadlines.
Enthusiasm for an iterative design process and human centered design
Strong interpersonal skills and an attention to detail.
Ability to think creatively and critically about design problems; synthesize design solutions from ambiguous concepts.
Real passion for typography, visual systems and simplicity.
Fluent in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint
Excellent prototyping skills.
