Are you ready for your next opportunity where you can be involved in the full month-end close process? We are currently recruiting for a Staff Accountant who is respomsible for preparing month end general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, participating in budgeting, and generating financial reports. The ideal Staff Accountant will have a bachelors in accounting and at least two (2) years of experience. If you would like to learn more please click to more!

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements for the Association and its subsidiaries

Prepare month end general ledger journal entries

Perform month end closing procedures

Prepare and perform bank reconciliations, daily cash balancing procedures, and bank deposits

Prepare account reconciliations

Participate in annual budget preparations

Generate and distribute financial reports

Ensure financial reporting integrity and accuracy

Sales tax reporting and sales tax exemption certificate management

Participate in financial statement audits, including preparation of audit schedules

Monitor inventory, perform inventory counts, and record adjustments properly

Skills
