Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Full Stack Developer plays a critical role in bridging the gap between complex business requirements and functional technology solutions. This individual is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and deploying efficient systems and solutions aligned with the core business functions. The successful candidate is highly experienced with decision-making authority, self-sufficiency, and a passion for mentoring others. Extensive knowledge and experience across multiple technologies and business domains is crucial for this role.

  • Leading the design, development, and strategic planning for technology solutions and standards to address complex business challenges

  • Hands-on development of ASP.NET APIs using C# for data retrieval

  • Building user interfaces with NextJS React applications using TypeScript, styled-components, and Material-UI for styling

  • Ensuring that systems are properly integrated and performance is optimized

  • Defining and executing strategies for data management and optimization

  • Consulting across various IT projects and technology areas to perform troubleshooting, problem management, root-cause analysis, and solution implementation

  • Ensuring the technical solutions align with business goals

  • Providing technical leadership and consultation throughout the project lifecycle

  • Keeping updated with industry trends to guide strategic technology direction

  • Collaborating with various business and IT partners in defining architecture strategy

  • Demonstrating exceptional knowledge of application architecture as it connects to the enterprise architecture

  • Demonstrating proficiency in multiple technologies and toolsets

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET and SQL server development

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in C# development

  • Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC

  • Demonstrated experience in designing user interfaces with ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, and Material-UI

  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with relational databases

  • Proven expertise in system integration and ensuring system performance

  • Proven track record of coding and on-time delivery of quality components or applications

  • Experience in performing unit testing and following standard practices and methodologies

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with AWS, particularly in hosting applications and managing data

  • Knowledge in airline maintenance systems development is a PLUS
