Our client is looking to hire a Inventory Financial Analyst responsible for performing centralized Supply Chain Finance activities including the update, reconciliation, reporting and analysis of bakery inventory balances in support of company-wide Manufacturing Operations. This is a 6 month assignment that could be extended. 100% Remote but must be able to support the PST time zone. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Access, Hyperion and Oracle is preferred.

• Must be detail-oriented and capable of analyzing data

• 3- 5 years accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Financial Reporting and analysis

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

• Team player able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Analytical skills and solid attention to details

salary: $35 - $40 per hour

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for multiple bakery locations in the coordination, collection, and input of inventory-related transactions (physical counts, write-offs, miscellaneous issues, and receipts, transfers, returns, and claims) in the ERP system.

• Validates the accuracy of transactions and account balances and interfaces with bakery and IT support to resolve transaction and system discrepancies.

• Creates MBRW (material balance) reporting, analyzes the financial impact of inventory consumption practices (actual vs. standard), and supports bakery leadership in the identification of opportunities for improvement.

• Works in conjunction with bakery personnel to ensure Bills of Material are accurately maintained in the ERP system including floor vs. Oracle set-ups, standard vs. actual consumption analysis, and weight control measures.

• Supports product accountability activities.

• Perform ERP system manufacturing inventory module maintenance activities
