We are searching for a highly skilled individual to become our Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. As our Building Maintenance Technician, you will create tremendous value through ensuring continuous operation of our multitenant commercial property in Horsham, PA.

What you'll need to succeed

Turn 14 Distribution is mandating new hires to be vaccinated against Covid-19, as it is a required element of this position. Turn 14 Distribution will consider applicants who cannot receive the vaccine for disability or religious-based reasons. If hired, candidates will be required to submit proof of vaccination (first dose is acceptable) on the first day of employment.

  • Minimum 2 years of Building Maintenance experience at a professional facility

  • Commitment to high quality standards

  • Exceptional customer service & communication skills

  • Proactive, can-do attitude

  • Strong engineering, mechanical and technical aptitude

  • Experience with commercial grade HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems

  • Familiar with OSHA, Environmental and Safety Requirements

  • Flexible daily work shift to accommodate building services needs

  • On call for emergencies by phone and onsite

  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver objects weighing up to 200-300 lbs.

  • Able to work outside and on ladders for extended periods of time

  • Proficient computer skills
