Kite Europe is currently adding additional talent as it focuses on developing the European Region in support of providing maximum access to patients with unmet needs. We’re building a state-of-the art manufacturing site in the Netherlands (Amsterdam-Hoofddorp).

We’re currently seeking to recruit highly motivated talents for different positions, to join us and be part of our exciting journey in the development of innovative cancer immunotherapies and their translation to the treatment of patients with cancer.

The Technical Trainer is responsible for the execution and documentation of all trainings included in the Manufacturing Training Program through coordinating all training related activities for the Manufacturing group and participating in cross-functional, as well as global, collaborations to implement Kite policies and procedures.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide and document trainings required by training program

  • Participate in creation and review of training materials

  • Deliver, document, and report training activities per applicable Standard Operating Procedures

  • Contribute to creation of training scenarios and presentations including, but not limited to: hands-on simulated scenarios, presentations regarding procedures, job expectations and regulatory requirements, and general information intended to expedite development of Manufacturing Personnel

  • Create, update, and modify curricula according to job roles

  • Coordination, creation, and revision of qualifications

  • Participate in coordination of the technical training facilitation and qualification

  • Schedule rooms and resources

  • Order materials needed to provide hands-on trainings

  • Perform technical training as needed

  • Schedule other required training (e.g., GMP, HR, EHS)

  • Assist with tracking and utilization of GxP Learn

  • Prepare monthly Manufacturing training metrics

  • Perform compliance self- audits, as required

  • Provide feedback on overall incoming personnel progression

  • Assist in change controls, CAPA’s, and deviations as required in collaboration with Site Manufacturing Technology and MSAT groups

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 or more years of training in a cGMP manufacturing pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment

  • Previous experience working with a Learning Management System preferred

  • Ability to relay technical information in a concise and simple format for trainees

  • Possess good interpersonal and strong written/verbal communication skills.

  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented with good organizational skills

  • Strong background in Good Documentation Practices

  • Strict adherence to compliant regulations as described per Standard Operating Procedures

  • Possess the ability to multitask and work independently or in a team environment with limited supervision

  • Assumes total accountability for assigned duties

  • Good computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets and database software applications, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
