Intel Marketing Strategist, Product Family Launch Messaging in Hillsboro, Oregon
The Global Client Marketing team is looking for a marketing strategist chartered with developing compelling product and architecture messaging for Intel's client product portfolio. This work will serve as the foundation for all outbound product messaging across the marketing funnel - including gaming, commercial and consumer audiences.
The ideal candidate will be the primary liaison between the Global Client Marketing organization and the Client Computing Group (CCG) for the product-launch messaging workstream. This includes, but not limited to, working directly with product management 12+ months ahead of launch to deeply understand the product with a strong understanding of what is truly required to help drive powerful marketing messaging spanning core value prop, benefits, differentiation, competitive advantages, and more.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong marketing background, excellent technical acumen and a solid understanding of major PC client computing trends and market segments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with Product Management to develop product narratives and help influence sell-in materials.
Create foundational, product technical messaging frameworks that support outbound marketing.
Develop story arcs and product narratives that map to the disclosure plan and support the various product launch strategies (in cooperation with the launch manager)
Manage and maintain key messaging milestones and other program management documents to ensure comprehensive, on-time executions.
Support story and content development of executive level launch and event keynotes.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex technical topics into impactful, easy to understand messaging. Disclosure mapping and Launch experience, a plus.
Track record in driving marketing strategy with a strong understanding of go-to-market motions.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation/PowerPoint skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
Experience with program management and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Due to GEO coordination required by this position, candidate must be able to hold meetings at local GEO convenient times.
Occasional travel both domestic and international (pending Intel pandemic travel guidelines).

8+ years of relevant marketing experience in product go-to-market, communications and/or outbound marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
