Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Risk Analyst/Manager to join our team remotely.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyze data to better understand potential risks, concerns, and outcomes of decisions
Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment
Create reports, summaries, presentations, and process documents to display results
Ensures that the risk management process is consistent with VA
Directives, guidelines and implemented with the Priority Initiatives and other entities
Ensures proper and timely identification, analysis, and documentation of Priority Initiative and OIT strategy-dependent risks and issues
Directs OTI Priority Initiatives, mitigation, and contingency planning processes
Identifies risks that require escalation above the OTI level
Other project tasks/activities as required
Bachelor’s Degree in electronics engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline is required
5 years’ experience
8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
Experience in the review of risk management data to identify discrete area and overall program/project risk in terms of cost, schedule, and performance
Coordinate with program team members to gather and validate data
Identify risk areas and create narrative, graphic, and oral status reports
- Prior Veteran’s Administration experience highly desired
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time.
Must be able to move about inside the office or IT environment to access computer systems, modules, equipment and IT machinery.
Must be able to constantly operate computers and other IT environment systems such as IT machinery, modules, etc.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The person in this position must be able to detect, identify, observe, and assess written communications; presentations; and manuals.
