Aston Carter HR Clerk (Contract) in Harvey, Illinois


The HR team needs help assisting the Manufacturing and Distribution facilities.

-Main responsibility will be surrounding our ongoing digitization project: Searching through files to find information, scanning, and assigning to correct location, arranging to have hardcopies to be destroyed or archived.

-HR Related: Arranging interviews for jobs not approved to use external recruiters and activities for converting contractors to direct hires.

-Could be helping out on some payroll with employees


M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm

onsite 5 days a week


excel, Microsoft teams, email communication, computer knowledge

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Excel Knowledge - creating tables and data entry

• H.S diploma

• Communication with email

• MS Teams

• Likes repetitive tasks / Organized
