Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team with Finance for a Fortune 5 company!Join the Pharmacy Segment Financial Planning and Analysis team and help support the transformation of our cost structure. You will directly support efforts focused on better understanding our cost structure and the intricacies that drive it. The position significantly impacts executive leadership insights and will help to articulate the financial health of the organization. The senior consultant will engage business finance leads and is a highly visible role.

Required Qualifications

3 or more years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Advance skills with Excel and PowerpointHave related work experience in finance or accounting. Health care industry experience is helpful but not requiredPossess strong technical skills with Excel, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau (Excel preferred; any are helpful to have)Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesHave prior experience working with complex financial models and building financial reportsPossess strong analytical and problem resolution skillsBe able to communicate effectively with a diverse audienceEncourage teamwork and a positive environment to improve team effectivenessBe resourceful and can quickly and successfully adapt to changeHave an interest in building a long-term career within CVS Health FinanceCommitment to our core values: Integrity, accountability, collaboration, caring and innovation

Education

Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
