Job Title: Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Description

This position will be working with the Reliability and RMA group. The Reliability Engineering Manager provides day-to-day leadership and expertise in quality engineering activities that analyze and evaluate the reliability of products, equipment, components, and processes using engineering methodologies and tools. You will align people, resources, and methods to support the analysis of return parts and ensure product validation requirements are met. You will lead and coach teams in problem-solving, best practices, and process development to achieve organizational objectives. This role involves managing subordinate staff in their day-to-day performance, ensuring that project/department milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved budgets. As a true first-level manager, you will have full authority for personnel actions.
