THE POSITION

The Pennsylvania Game Commission is looking to hire a Wildlife Conservation Education & Information Manager to work in their Bureau of Information & Education. if you’re passionate about wildlife conservation and would like to contribute to our mission, please apply!

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position will oversee three high-priority programs within the PA Game Commission, namely the Commission’s hunter-trapper education (HTE) programs; hunter and trapper recruitment, retention, and reactivation (R3) programs; and the administration of grant under the Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act.

WORK SCHEDULE:

7:45 AM - 4:00 PM

Monday - Friday

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

Four years of professional experience in development and implementation of conservation education programs; and a bachelor's degree with course work in education, wildlife management, communications, or a closely related field;OR

Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
