Principal Supplier Process Engineer

What you’ll achieve

As a Principal Supplier Process Engineer , you will be working closely with suppliers, sustaining groups and extended core team to ensure PCBA Quality and producibility at the supplier.

You will:

  • Responsible for PCBA NPI activities

  • Responsible for PCBA sustaining activities and process activities.

  • Responsible for driving the continuous improvement plan.

  • Works with the supplier to develop and implement the quality management plan using industry tools and standards to drive quality improvements and initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

  • Typically requires 8+ years of related experience (quality background and PCBA industry preferred) with a Bachelor’s degree

  • Various engineering discipline and PCBA manufacturing process knowledge

Desirable Requirements:

  • Detailed understanding of various quality and problem solving tool such as PFEMA, AQP, .7 steps, etc

  • Advanced command skills and working knowledge of statistical quality tools (SPC, 6 sigma, etc.)
