CTG is seeking to fill aProgram Support Administratoropening for our client inHamilton, New Jersey.

Location: Hamilton, NJ

Duration: 3+ months

Due to Covid restrictions, this position is currently remote and candidates must have strong internet while working from home until the office is back open. Will be coming into the office once a week to print documents.

The Program Support Administrator, as part of the Account Management team, performs a wide variety of administrative and program support tasks relating to company contracts and deliverables.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Works with account management team and other organizations to collect data on behalf of the client(s).

  • Performs data analysis, identifies trends and issues, evaluates and provides recommended solutions for issues identified.

  • Assists with preparation of program related documentation including invoicing, client reports, and case management activities.

  • Performs quality assurance work to support client deliverables in the areas of billing, CAV, estates, or HIPP.

  • Designs and develops reports. Ensures client deliverables are accurate and timely.

  • Builds relationships with internal and external staff to ensure client expectations are being met.

  • Works with account management team to develop materials for client presentations.

  • Interacts with clients under the guidance of the account management leaders.

  • May be responsible for cases with greater financial impact for the client and company.

  • Professional interaction with attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, court staff, recipients and family members.

  • Compile, analyze and make conclusions about information from multiple sources.

  • Collects, assembles, and organizes data to support internal and external reporting requests.

  • Supports case managers and performs valuation and initial case management activities for casualty, and estates programs.

  • Performs data entry into HIPP or Maestro case management systems.

  • Performs a variety of general administrative support functions such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, submitting expense reports, document/file management, etc.

  • Provides general office support including answering phones, postage machine management, office supply ordering, and other tasks in support of the daily operation of the office.

  • Reviews and answers correspondence and inquiries related to company contracts and deliverables.

  • Assists in research assignments as directed.

  • Generates reports; compiles data from various sources, verifies data.

  • Collaborates with Program Specialists, Program Managers and Directors to complete special projects related to budgeting, RFP response, or client request.

  • Identification and entry of viable HIPP or casualty cases into company systems.

Required Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred

  • 1+ year experience in an administrative support capacity
