In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be responsible for Supporting production line with all Mechanical/Assembly aspects : troubleshooting, defining, developing & implementing of Mechanical based testers and production tools, Improving production capacity, quality and efficiencies by performing a variety of engineering functions as well as following up on design requirements and co-ordinate engineering projects related to the manufacturing testing process. Will also be responsible for all mechanically related manufacturing production Jigs and fixtures on the floor. Will be part of supplier quality reviews, defining specifications and following quality of incoming material
You are responsible for
Providing continuous support to the production line to allow system’s manufacturing process to be fast, efficient and expected quality
Component investigation and FA to detect failure root cause and preventive actions
Defining testing techniques/ parameters/ tolerances - analyze manufacturing means performance and testability
Engaging related projects aspects with Sub-contractors delivering mechanical related Means/Test equipment to the production line
Be the interface between R&D and Operations regarding SPECS and the techniques to achieve product quality in a mass manufacturing environment
Delivering a testing step to the Production floor - prepare and execute all quality related tasks of a certain testing step, delivering a stable, qualified testing process to the production floor
Monitoring new engineering systems/structures to ensure the company’s production and product quality standards are maintained and continued specifications integrity
Responsibility for the complete technical definition – Specifications and Incoming materials tests procedures for all relevant mechanical components
Providing disposition to material rejected before and during production
Approving equipment definitions, testing procedures and processes verification

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in a production-based environment
At least 2 years of experience n troubleshooting / debugging/ failure analysis mechanical and functional components
Experience in mechanical manufacturing techniques
Experience from regulated industry - strong advantage
Fluent English - Must
Good technical skills, high motivation and self-learning abilities
Willingness to support production lines beyond standard working hours
