This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Lead factory's IQC and Quality System function and promote quality functional capability in BA2 factory to meet business need.

  • In charge of Quality System, responsible for assuring the compliance to ISO/EQMS, customer requirement.

  • Lead receiving inspection team for inspection and testing of incoming materials, parts to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Establish inspection protocols via SAP Quality Module, defines sampling procedures and determines equipment and mechanisms to be used in the testing process.

  • Monitor supplier performance, drive supplier quality improvement initiatives, CAPA solution for supplier & material quality issues in the plant, and alert to division.

  • Provide training and coaching on quality system and procedures to associates, including ISO9001/EQMS, Document Control, Metrology& Calibration, Inspection instrument, Sampling program, MSA... etc.


  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or above. Preferred major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation.

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Manufacturing/production related field.

  • Knowledge and experienced in electronic manufacturing, quality system including ISO 9001 / TS16949 & basic skill of statistical.

  • Analytical/Statistical Tools & Methods – the knowledge of a wide range of problem solving tools and methods including statistics, combined with the ability to select and apply them to make data based decisions to sustain higher levels of process or product quality, for example: 8D Analysis.

  • Product/Process Quality Planning (Advanced Quality Planning; AQP) - the ability to strategically define the Critical to Quality elements of a product/process, and the knowledge to effectively analyze, assess and mitigate the risks associated with any potential failures.

  • Should have analytical, attention to details, commitment to excellence, problem solving, communicate effectively, teamwork attributes.

  • Internal audit certificate of ISO9001/TS16949, at least ISO9001.

  • Good oral and written communications skills, Good English.
