Reports to: Senior Human Resources Manager

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the administration and development of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Serves as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure efficient work processes and accurate information flows. Leverages project management skills to drive projects and system changes from concept to completion. Proactively works to maintain and implement ongoing best practices in people processes and acts as a change agent for continuous improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, administration, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules. Responsible for overall accountability through proactive means for data integrity, including quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness, and usability. Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users. Follows change protocols to ensure all system changes are tested prior to moving to production. Monitors test environment to ensure integrity of test data and effectively communicates with all active testers. Submits Dayforce support tickets and monitors progress of open items. Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Evaluates changes to ensure ease of use for end users including employees, managers, and subject matter experts. Works with the HR/Payroll/Benefits teams to set data entry protocols and procedures. Develops guidelines, documentation and trains system users. Assist in handling and supporting HR/Payroll/Benefits audits. Works with the HR/Payroll/Benefits teams to develop and maintain controls and documentation for compliance. Actively participates in business process improvements. Optimize the use of technology and develop tools to minimize transactional people processes. Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology. Champion for ISEC values and culture, works with all levels to develop a positive employee culture. May occasionally need to work nights, weekends to support Payroll, HR and other departments (i.e. exports/imports, reporting, Payroll commits, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field 4+ years HRIS administration experience (Dayforce, ADP Workforce Now, Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.) 2 years experience with Ceridian Dayforce PHR or SHRM-CP certification desirable

Proven experience in the implementation and support of HRIS application solutions that meet the needs of the business Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of managers and subject matter experts. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal through collaborating across roles and diverse groups. Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Maintains high level of confidentiality, and ensures a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Se f-motivated, eager to learn and grow; maintain/advance expertise, including industry trends, strategies, and products Proven experience with desktop applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) used in producing reports, analysis, recommendations,
