Description A highly respected client has an open role for a Benefits Administrator. The benefits administrator will design and implement the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs. The benefits administrator will routinely research alternative benefits programs, implement enhancements to current programs, and oversee all general tasks associated with benefits administration. How you will make an impact
Help employees understand their benefit options
Manage relationships with all our service providers
Direct enrollments and determine employee eligibility
Coordinate leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker's compensation etc.)
Maintain detail oriented communication with accounting department and work closely with them regularly
Help organization to comply with applicable government regulations
Monitor daily benefits processing
Craft benefit appropriate programs such as insurance, wellness etc.
Design administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
Manage transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration
Analyze employee benefits plans and vendors Requirements - Excellent communication and organization skills
Knowledge of benefits contract language, or willingness to learn
Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Hands-on experience with data analysis
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or similar relevant field
3+ years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience
