Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team as a CFM56 Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Program Management Sr Staff professional. This selected candidate will perform all responsibilities virtually, providing oversight and daily planning and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) for a large, multi-year commercial MRO engine customer program. Other key responsibilities include directing all phases of program from inception through completion including training and on-going performance assessment. This role will have oversight for the cost, technical performance, and adherence to the overall business plan for the program.

The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
• In-depth technical knowledge and advanced experience with CFM56 commercial engine maintenance
• Advance knowledge of engine Maintenance Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) production, repair processes, and financials
• Proficiency with commercial MRO engine tooling
• Skills in new-product integration and large commercial engine program oversight required
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the others:
• Background and experience in managing complex contract requirements
• In-depth knowledge of commercial airlines and aircraft lessors
• Experience with engine fleet MRO engine event forecasting and planning
