Interlink Recovery Services Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant in Greenville, Pennsylvania

Experience: *Administrative: 1-3 years (preferred) Education: *Associate (Preferred), Experience accepted. Responsibilities: *Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices in a timely manner using QuickBooks. Insuring weekly/monthly bills are paid in a timely manner. Insure W-9 forms are requested from all vendors. *Vendor Statement Reconciliations *Gas Card Reconciliations *Accounts Receivable: Process billing invoices using Quickbooks and clients portals. *Payroll: Provide our payroll provider needed information to process weekly payroll. Complete new hire paperwork, upkeep new and existing employee data, electronically and paper files. *Provide our clients Certificate of Insurance when requested. *Scan and digitally file documents and receipts. *Perform filing, general administrative tasks and other clerical duties. *Complete monthly accounting close and month end reporting procedures. *Ability to prioritize workload, learn quickly, and maintain sensitivity and discretion to confidential nature of assignment. *Able to work with minimal supervision. *Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
