Pilgrim’s is headquartered in beautiful Greeley, Colorado, at the JBS USA corporate office where our 1,200 employees enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine a year.Pilgrim’s is searching for a Sales Program CoordinatorRESPONSIBILITIES:• Maintain Brokerage, Rebate, and MDF agreements on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis when proper paperwork is provided by Sales personnel• Make month end payments of Broker and Rebate agreements. This includes printing monthly reports for the customer, gaining appropriate management approval of payments, and compiling and sending information to customers in a timely manner – monthly• Monitor materials and ship-to’s that are added to the system to communicate with Sales to determine whether or not items need to be added to current agreements – daily• Process payments and deductions related to MDF items – daily• Work with Brokers to reconcile Brokerage payments and ensure accurate payments – weekly/monthly• Maintain accurate files of all programs and payments • Run reports for Sales Reps – as requestedQUALIFICATIONS: • Associates degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience required• SAP experience preferred• Ability to work proactively in a high-paced deadline oriented environment• Excellent organizational skills required• Must be focused, detail and numbers oriented, and have the ability to multi task• Experience in Excel and Word required• Excellent communication skills; both oral and written required• Ability to communicate and work closely with supervisor relative to critical/urgent sales programs issues • High level of synergy is critical to success• Must be able to set goals and successfully meet deadlinesThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;• Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;• 401(k): eligible after 90 days of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule• Base salary range of $16-18 per hourThe Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
