Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for all digital-related activities for Acrisure Corporate Strategy. This includes building a technology enabled broker brand, while executing a scalable and strong digital capability, with a clear and detailed plan to service the Strategy. It also includes managing the websites, intranet and its communities, and social media. The Digital Manager will coordinate various cross-functional internal teams, vendors, as well as Agency Partners for Digital projects. This role requires a proactive approach to optimize the existing platforms, apply data and deliver the digital services to help Acrisure achieve its Corporate goals.

You will report to Director ? Operations and Digital Strategy

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Acrisure?s website, intranet, social media, email marketing, digital asset management and other digital platform.

  • In consultation with Home Office, Marketing team and AP key stakeholders, identify opportunities to leverage the Digital Marketing Platforms.

  • Oversee multiple projects at once, from top-line to details, identifying and addressing huddles. Escalate issues as necessary.

  • Project Manage key digital projects under strategic guidance of Digital Strategy and Operations Lead.

  • Be an advisor and expert on Digital channels to design Marketing campaigns for the Acrisure growth opportunities, in collaboration with the Marketing teams.

  • Ensure the appropriate methodology and processes are used on all projects.

  • Execute Digital projects while recommending the best practices in Digital space.

  • Foster positive relationships with Acrisure Partners, internal stakholders and vendors.

  • Establish analytics for each platform and build a dashboard to share, learn and adapt

  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to execute projects as required

  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines when applicable

  • Work closely with the data teams to design and execute lead generation digital campaigns.

  • Update Acrisure website content

  • Handle the website related processes like ensuring compliance standards, web URL?s hosting and analytics

Required Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

  • 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience

  • Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or related field, required

  • Working Knowledge of Sharepoint, Microsoft Office Collaboration tools is required

  • Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation platform is a strong plus

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • Experience driving technology-related projects, like website/intranet launches is a plus

  • Preferred: Minimum 1 year of insurance, financial service, or related industry experience

  • Preferred: Previous business-to-business experience
