We are looking for a Telephone Business Development Manager, to join our successful team based in Crewe. You will be responsible for negotiating and opening new accounts via internal sales, to the SME market. You will also have the responsibility of supporting and nurturing larger commercial opportunities for major accounts. This involves proactive outbound correspondence and transitioning to the relevant specialist. This is a challenging and multi-skilled role, suitable for a professional and commercial minded individual.

As the Telephone BDM you will:

 To ensure all measurable KPI’S are adhered to. New business signings, account opening process and revenue targets, contacts made, leads generated, opportunities created and productivity standards.

 To provide our prospects with a first-class service, focusing on new business and lead generation.

 Maintain the prospect relationship as first point of contact while focusing on business growth and profitability

 Carry out all general administration tasks as required in regard to outbound and inbound contacts

 Proficiency in internal systems, as this is an office based role, high levels of IT literacy are required.

 Long term learning and development is key, for a complex organisation such as Air Products, with multiple products and services.
