Role Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Distribution, this position will lead and provide oversight and coordination across various projects and initiatives across the Distribution organization.

This individual must exhibit leadership skills such as the ability to partner, lead, influence, and listen. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, self-directed, results driven, able to learn quickly, thrives in ambiguity and willing to support a variety of support areas.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with distribution leadership and operational partners to represent a holistic view of initiatives across and in support of the Distribution organization, including list of projects, status, and the upcoming deliverables.

  • Own specific initiatives and programs including developing the scope, deliverables, defining required resources, as well as developing the plan, budget, as well as timing and execution of the program.

  • Development of reports to report progress; responsible to identify watch areas, risks, and opportunities within initiatives across the department.

  • Support of clear and defined practices in representation of the Distribution organization, including change management.

  • Lead targeted meeting series and field advisory board responsibilities tied to building awareness and listening mechanisms as well as team meetings to drive updates and employee engagement.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned to support and advance the Product and Solutions team.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree; insurance experience preferred but not required.

  • Accountable with proven ability to deliver results; willingness to jump in, own work and make meaningful progress.

  • Strong relationship building with peers and matrix partners with a passion for clear, concise communication.

  • Passion and strength for organization and structure that enables operating at a higher level (working smarter not harder)

  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to innovate and willingness to test and learn.

  • Embraces, understands and is an advocate for leveraging technology to drive efficiency, creativity in innovation and has a passion for solving old problems in new ways.
