Fingerlakes Health Administrative Assistant - Finance in Geneva, New York

This position provides administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and the Finance Division. Education: Minimum: Associates degree in business or a related field. Preferred: Bachelors degree. *Experience: *Minimum: Three or more years of administrative-level assistant experience. Excellent computer skills required in Windows Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. *Other: *Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills. logical thinking, judgment and sound decision making with the ability to think and act under pressure while consistently exercising discretion and observing confidentiality with tact and diplomacy. Requires strong organizational & planning skills. Requires problem analysis and problem solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
