The KDP 2024 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 8-May 24, 2024 and this position will be based in our Frisco, TX location. Elements of the KDP 2024 Co-op Program include:
What you will do:
Break down ambiguous situations and problems and take action to solve them; with practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
Support strategic projects by preparing presentations, meetings, reports and documentation
Assist leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; Synthesizing takeaways into executive summaries and/or recommendations
What you will need:
Communication (both verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills, including senior leaders
Possessing project management and organization skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects
Being comfortable with competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment by building relationships with team members; and, Seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information.
Support research, analysis and problem solving using a variety of tools and techniques.
Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.

Education & Experience:
Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering or another Manufacturing-related field
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
