The KDP 2024 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 8-May 24, 2024 and this position will be based in our Frisco, TX location. Elements of the KDP 2024 Co-op Program include:

What you will do:

  • Break down ambiguous situations and problems and take action to solve them; with practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills

  • Support strategic projects by preparing presentations, meetings, reports and documentation

  • Assist leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; Synthesizing takeaways into executive summaries and/or recommendations

    What you will need:

  • Communication (both verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills, including senior leaders

  • Possessing project management and organization skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects

  • Being comfortable with competing priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment by building relationships with team members; and, Seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.

  • Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information.

  • Support research, analysis and problem solving using a variety of tools and techniques.

  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.

    Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering or another Manufacturing-related field

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
