API HEAT TRANSFER INC Business Development Manager in FRANKLIN, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Business Development Manager to take over a mix of existing and new global accounts globally. This role requires high level of technical acumen to support our client base for products related to evaporation and de-alcoholisation systems. Business Development Manager Responsibilities: * Developing detailed technical and commercial quotes and proposals for clients with input from operations, suppliers and contractors. * Participate in technical clarification discussions with clients and commercial negotiations. * Manage relationship with agents and support their Sales and Marketing efforts. * Maintain know how and knowledge of current technology from suppliers. * Keep up with developments in key markets relating to prices, strategy and innovation etc. from competition and suppliers alike. * Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met. * Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. * Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. * Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in all regions - North America, Europe and Asia. * Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. * Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. * Be the first point contact with clients to deliver high level of customer service and technical support throughout project life cycle and beyond. * Trouble shooting assistance for clients and on-site commissioning engineers. * Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. * Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. * Generate and present Sales activity reports for management review and planning * Utilize ERP system to log and update sales log and generate reports. Business Development Manager Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in engineering. Familiarity with Heat transfer equipment, Plate Heat exchangers and Evaporation systems * Experience in sales, marketing or related field. * Strong communication skills and IT fluency. * Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. * Excellent organizational skills. * Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. * Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. * Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
