ProMedica Health System Behavioral Therapist - Behavioral Health-Fostoria - Full Time - Days in Fostoria, Ohio

Provides timely and effective Outpatient and EAP services to clients at ProMedica Physicians Behavioral Health. Provides diagnostic assessments and individual, group and family therapy. Responsible for developing and leading support and/or psychoeducational therapy groups for designated client/family populations. Provides supervisory consultation and training in the identification and resolution of job performance issues related to employee personal concerns. Provides after-hours crisis coverage as requested.

Consistently meets deadlines
Must be able to prioritize a wide variety of tasks, make decisions, meet tight timeframes, adjust to unexpected or unscheduled demands, and revise work accordingly.
Performs other duties as assigned
Currently licensed as a LISW, or LPCC by the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board, or a licensed psychologist, PhD.
BLS certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer.
CPI certification within 6 months of hire or transfer.
Prefer Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
3-5 years post graduate work experience in a direct clinical setting.
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Good organizational and communication skills.
