Candidates with Hospital and Data Analysis in Experience Highly Desired


• Work with insurance companies to recover additional payments for our hospital clients, including follow-up calls and written appeals;

• Deliver premium client service through effective verbal and written communication in order to identify client (hospital) needs, perform reviews, provide recommendations, and communicate project results;

• Closely examine contract language and translate into data modeling to facilitate proper pricing using our software platforms;

• Support algorithm research, development, and maintenance for the purpose of processing hospital data to identify underpayments;

• Interact effectively with our internal teams to assist data reviews or claim resolution, clarify project or client-specific processes;

• Continue to innovate our review process through research, data analytics, and trending;

• Research and proactively apply new hospital regulations and legislations;

• Work effectively on a dynamic team; Organize, automate, and record team processes for training and documentation keeping;

• Participate in training programs, periodic teambuilding events, and volunteer activities;

• Comply with HIPAA privacy standards at all times and display a high level of professionalism when handling patient medical records

Additional Skills & Qualifications:


  • At least 2+ years experience with hospital billing, resolution, revenue cycle and/or related data analytic

  • At least 2+ years reviewing claims in a hospital or physician's office

  • Experience pinpointing risk areas with underpaid claims and helping clients or internal teams fix these risks

  • Proven ability to analyze bulk issues with underpaid claims

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Proficient in all Microsoft programs

  • Proven leadership or managerial experience


  • Experience looking at insurance contracts and understanding of contracts verbiage

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare preferred
