The selected candidate will be a member of the Sustainment Program Management Office (PMO) and assigned to support execution of F-35 Sustainment contract scope for the Non-Annualized / SAHW team.
The candidate will be required to leverage corporate policy and Aerocode to develop and reinforce approaches and solutions to address challenges related to the stand up of new F-35 operational sites.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, supporting the full program lifecycle from proposal through contract execution and successful closeout. Candidate will support and lead activities related to proposal planning and execution, schedule development and program baselining, EV planning and management, monthly financial business tempo, risk & opportunity management, data analysis and reporting, and internal/external customer communication.
Selected candidate will support the F-35 Sustainment Program Manager Sr Mgr by performing daily team and individual tasks and activities and will be required to lead special assignments.
Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
This position is expected to work from our North Fort Worth site, located at 5555 Beach Street, Fort Worth, TX.

Candidate must be a US Citizen and this position requires a final secret clearance to start.
• Experience working independently and proactively on assigned tasks and coordinating with individuals across multiple organizations (e.g. PMO, Engineering, Contracts, Planning, Finance, and/or QA)
• Process development / refinement
• Data analysis and reporting
• Experience with Cost and Schedule Review, Management, and Reporting
• Aero toolsets and/or ability to quickly learn IT applications
• Close out of contract scope
• Strong communication skills - written and oral - able to brief / engage with leaders
