This Change Management Specialist - Level 3 role will represent the Talent Readiness team within the Sustainment Operations business where we ensure we are mission capable. This role will support Change Management activities and initiatives across the Sustainment Operations organization.
We are seeking a Change Management Agent to optimize our business processes and organizational structure to increase business efficiency and service delivery. You could be acting as a consultant or embedded with a team to design and execute strategies that may be implemented and adopted through formal change techniques.
To ensure success as an Agent of Change, you should possess extensive experience with Change Management practices such as Prosci or work in a Communications role. Possess the ability to liaise with staff, management and the project team to maximize employee adoption. An accomplished Agent of Change will implement business processes, systems, and technology to improve service delivery and streamline processes.
Typical Change Agent Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with leaders to gather and analyze operational information as part of the change management strategy.
- Preparing change management strategies to reduce expenses, increase revenue and/or maximize efficiency.
- Consulting with staff members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance.
- Creating communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.
- Tracking implementation progress and providing status.
A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a
Communication, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Considered an experienced or career professional.
Prior experience with executing change management and/or communications strategies to reduce expenses, increase revenue and/or maximize efficiency (i.e. consulting with staff members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance, creating communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy, tracking implementation progress and providing status.)
Previous experience coaching leaders to execute change management and/or communication strategies (i.e. collaborating with management to gather and analyze operational information)
Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Word and PowerPoint; Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables & Charts, Lookup Functions, Financial Functions, Database Functions, & Data Analysis
Prior experience with Confluence tool strongly preferred
Holds a Prosci Certification Change Practitioner, based on the Prosci ADKAR (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) Model and research-based methodology.
Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack and Box is preferred
